MetroMinute is provided by Hongfei Zhou. These terms describe use of its transit-information service. The app’s software license remains governed by the license presented with its App Store distribution, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where no custom license is supplied. This page does not replace that license.
MetroMinute displays departures and service information from third-party transit-data services. It does not operate transit services, sell tickets, or provide trip planning. Information may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. Routes and supported services may change as provider data and access change.
Countdowns and boarding statuses are informational and do not guarantee that a vehicle is present, its doors are open, or it is safe to board. Follow official signs and transit staff instructions. MetroMinute does not guarantee a connection, departure, or arrival time.
An internet connection is needed for live transit information. Service depends on transit providers, their data access, and your device’s connectivity. MetroMinute does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular refresh frequency. iOS controls Home Screen widget updates and location availability.
Location is optional in the app; a stop can be chosen manually. Nearby Departures widgets require the appropriate location permission to identify a nearby stop. The Privacy Policy explains how location, local preferences, transit requests, and support correspondence are handled.
Any download price and storefront availability are shown by the App Store before download. The current app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not take payment for transit travel. App Store transactions and any applicable refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable terms and processes. This page does not promise a future price or a fixed period of service.
Transit names, route marks, and data belong to their respective rights holders. Display in MetroMinute does not grant permission to redistribute those materials. External transit services and linked websites have their own terms and policies; MetroMinute does not control their content or availability.
The app and these terms may be updated as functionality or service conditions change. The current terms will be available at this URL with the updated date above. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or alters the software license presented through the App Store.
