These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clean Stock mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Clean Stock provides market information and personal tracking tools for informational use. Paper Trading uses virtual cash and simulated transactions. It does not connect to a brokerage, execute real orders, or hold funds for you. Simulated results do not represent or guarantee actual investment performance.

Clean Stock is for informational purposes only. The App does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
Market data, charts, fund information, benchmark comparisons, news, and AI-generated summaries may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Sentiment briefs interpret supplied news, market data and available company or fund information; they are not personalized recommendations or instructions to trade. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
The App may display quotes, charts, fund data, holdings, benchmark data, and news from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, timeliness, or completeness of third-party data or content.
Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and may be subject to additional terms.
Optional web research uses Tavily and/or Brave Search API keys supplied by you. Requests are made directly from the App under your provider accounts and are subject to their terms, usage limits and charges. Research results and completed reports may be cached in the App’s local storage. Reports are reused for up to 1 hour unless you tap Refresh. Per-analysis request limits do not guarantee a fixed cost or complete web coverage. Removing a key stops its use in future analyses; it does not revoke the credential or erase prior requests at the provider. Clear Cached Research removes the App’s stored research and report cache.
Sentiment depends on compatible hardware, system settings, model availability, and Apple’s services. Cloud analysis and market requests also depend on network access and applicable service limits. Availability of a feature or provider is not guaranteed. Price alert delivery depends on iOS scheduling and data availability and is not a continuous monitoring service.
App records are stored on your device and may sync through your Apple Account when iCloud is available. Sync and backup behavior depend on your settings and Apple’s services. Deleting the App does not by itself guarantee removal of iCloud data or backups. Our Privacy Policy explains processing and deletion options. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, app deletion, operating system behavior, or other events outside our control.
Your download and use of the App may also be governed by Apple App Store terms and policies. These service terms do not replace the license agreement applicable to your App Store download. If these Terms conflict with Apple terms required for App Store distribution, Apple’s required terms apply to the extent of the conflict.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from inaccurate data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any losses related to investment decisions, lost profits, lost data, or unavailable market information arising from your use of the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
